Hello everyone!
I am writing this blog post on the Summer Solstice! So happy belated Solstice to anyone reading this after.
Some new things are that I have started to sell my prints, ceramics, totes and other goods at the Beaverton Farmers Market. When I sold in person a few weeks ago, I did really well and I met so many sweet people.
What sold best was my print of Cannon Beach- which inspired me to do more art about Oregon! So above is my second piece of this ‘Oregon’ series. It’s Mt. Hood during a peach colored sunset.
I also finished my ceramics class, and in the end I came out with a few great pieces! One big mistake I made was that I used an opaque glaze for almost all of the ceramics that I had delicately illustrated, so not all of the illustrations are visible on some pieces. The piece below is my favorite though, and the only one I let myself keep!
That’s all from me for now! Keep an eye out for more dates that I will be selling at the Beaverton Farmers Market and the Orenco Station Farmers Market!
Warmly,
Olivia
